The heroes/villains are captured in card and spread over another dimension called "duelist world". meanwhile, Akira akatsuki is taking a summer course with his brother, Hikaru , to improve his skill. Akira would never known that this summer course would change his life from now on. basically based on Disk wars avengers(with changing some plots) and mixing with Yu-gi-oh idea :D

The DISK team have acquired the X-Men DISKs, but there's a problem, they can't use them due to them not having Mutant Bio-Codes, so a select few students from The Xavier Institute, must join them, if they wish. And Leo McCoy, has a bud relationship with Wolfsbane, can they make their relationship work. And will Mutants finally get the acceptance they deserve?

While out on a job by herself Lucy finds a new type of power to use, the power of the Avengers. But will even they be able to stand up to what's coming.
