Welcome to my page - thanks for stopping by!

As of this July 2020, I'm a 29 year old woman who is one of what I'm pretty sure is literally billions of aspiring novelists in the world. In other words: I am absolutely a special snowflake. Just... the most special. In the mean time, this site for the better part of the past 15 years has been the perfect spot to get in some practice and get feedback, and just have a ball with beating the crud out of my favourite characters to see what would happen (which I did... a LOT).

Apart from that, I have truly received an incredible amount of support from readers over the years that (no exaggeration) have helped me develop as a writer like I never would have otherwise, and have helped me stick with my writing elsewhere, even when I've been sure I had nothing worthwhile to prattle about and felt ready to give up on the whole thing. Even long after I stopped writing fanfiction actively, I've come back to read reviews that people have posted to my stories, and just been floored and boosted up by people's kindness, encouragement, and enthusiasm for my work and ideas.

Though I haven't written on here in quite some time, I stopped by today to have a trip down memory lane... and, to be honest, to delete a few of the stories I posted here as a teenager that I honestly felt too embarrassed to leave up. I know - I was young, and still developing as a writer and such (and there's nothing wrong with that at all), but still. They were pretty rough, and I just couldn't :P I promise, I've left up most of them (if you're curious about the extent of my teenage-self's angst!).

Anyway, here you'll find the 12 completed fanfics of mine that I haven't deleted: No Time for Mistakes (CSI ), When the World Stops Turning (Numb3rs), What a Wonderful World (Numb3rs), As Long as She's Happy (Scrubs), 'Twas the Night Before Christmas (Scrubs), Anniversary (NCIS), Anniversary Blues (NCIS), Ferreum (NCIS), Nine Lives (NCIS), Melius Cras Fore (NCIS), Thanks for This One, Mr. Gemcity (NCIS) and Esto Perpetua (Stargate Atlantis).

I also have here the first chapter of Knock on Wood (NCIS) that I started forever ago... and in all honesty, I'm not sure if I'll finish it, but I'll try to make up my mind on that, and maybe pick it up again as a pet project to finish sometime. One of the stories I deleted was Black Old Sun (Numb3rs), which I know now that I will never finish and am officially saying goodbye to - losing my mother to cancer this past Christmas finally settled my debate with myself, and made me not want to go back to writing about that kind of suffering for the entertainment of angst. There are worthwhile stories from other authors (fiction and non-fiction both) that cover that topic with better depth and respect, so I'll leave that topic to them. Maybe I'll write about her someday for myself of course - her, I think I could do justice to.
