Author has written 65 stories for Gilmore Girls, and Mentalist. I'm an avionics engineer, wife, and mother of two adults, living in Phoenix, AZ. Besides the work on Fanfiction.net, I also wrote several episodes of the Gilmore Girls Virtual Seasons. It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia S08E05, Vested Interests S09E17, To Larry Wong: Thanks for Everything S09E22, and On the Road Again S10E03. I first wrote Star Trek fan fiction back in the late 70s when it was all about hard copy sold as 'zines'. I lost more than 1 boyfriend when he picked up an illustrated slash zine back in the 80s, LOL. I have a Masters Degree in Engineering and undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and History. I've been a US Air Force Officer. I've worked in aerospace for almost 30 years since, and you've probably flown on a number of airplanes that bear my handiwork in the cockpit. Besides my delightful soulmate husband, and our children (now a Public Defender and an Accountant) my obsessions include pop culture, the works of the Brontës (especially Charlotte), anything actress Gillian Anderson does, and all manner of Sci-Fi. We've been going to San Diego Comic Con and other regional ones FOREVER! I'm so obsessed with the Brontës that my husband and I went on a pilgrimage to the UK specifically to their town and home. Yes I ran across the moors! And I yelled 'Heathcliff!' I also am a devotee of the Broadway musical Jane Eyre. My adult ships include: Mulder/Scully, Luke/Lorelai and now Lisbon/Jane. I also am a Beckett/Castle and Booth/Brennan shipper, but find that they just aren't shown as passionately in the little things as my big 3. Finally, I am a huge fan of OPERA and Major League Baseball. My husband and I travel around the country to see our favorite operas as well as volunteer locally. Nothing like sitting next to a man who is WEEPING during La Boheme--SO Romantic. I came late to MLB as I grew up in Germany--but am a big fan. |
