I rarely write fanfiction - I prefer my own creations, and I'm not very good at the whole 'short story' thing. Every so often, though, I still get the urge, and I finally figured I'd put something up.

I like to ship. I like some really weird things. I also like some more normal things some people still consider weird. These may or may not turn up in my fics - I'll try add warnings to the summary as they do. However, you have been warned. Tread carefully, and know that any flames regarding such things will be used to reduce the power bills by keeping my room warm.

More noticeably, I write pretty dark fics at times, and I seem to be basically incapable of happy endings - the best you'll get out of me is bittersweet. This turns up in all my fics to one degree or another... apparently usually to an even greater degree than my novels, probably a concentrating effect of the smaller size... so if you like light fluffy stuff, I would not recommend my work. Fluffy stuff by my definition is probably not fluffy by most people's definition, so bear that in mind if you ever see that tag on anything.

And always remember, Anyone Can Die. Yup, I'm one of those authors who will not only not avoid killing off main characters at all costs, I will take glee in it. I don't generally kill them off left right and center, or if I actually need them for the plot, because I don't tend to do revolving doors in my deaths either (although stuff like robot characters might get a second shot, being rather different to bringing back a human character). Given my plots, though, there is no guarantee that my need for a certain character, however important thus far, will extend even one chapter more. So unless I have specifically assured you some character won't die yet, never assume they won't die because I still need them for the plot :P

17/2/13 - APOLOGIES
To all, I am terribly sorry for my long hiatus. To the guest who gave the somewhat-nasty review, no, I was not pregnant. As a matter of fact, what stopped me updating, was the fact that I moved. Then, after barely getting settled, I moved yet again. In fact, my life has basically been upside down the entire intervening time... not to say it still isn't, but I'm starting to get used to upside down, and the writing bug has bitten me again, so I'm trying to finish What If I Never Was?, which was unfortunately left hanging. In a rather amusing twist of fate given the comment I got, now that I am back and working on the fic again, I actually am also busy being pregnant. :P
Additionally, I'd like to call out to anyone who (*fingers crossed!*) might have saved any copy of "Name", or have it in cache, or anything. I'd like to be able to put it up somewhere else, as I'm actually rather of the opinion that I did a brilliant job on it, but it appears I am also a retard and only saved my fanfics to USB drive. The drive that is now missing. *facepalm* So if anyone still has it, pretty please drop me a line! Also perhaps suggestions on where I could post said errant songfic.
To anyone still watching my story and hoping, thank you. I hope what comes now has not become so disjointed as to disappoint any of you.
