Name: Angry lil' elf Gender: Male Occupation: dish-pig (I could say kitchen-hand or kitchen assistant but that would be pushing it.) Frustrated writer. A little something I should say to everyone here: if you have a story request, you should know right now that I generally don't take story requests. I'll hear you out, but don't expect me to take the request. I'm not trying to be mean in refusing requests, but it's for a variety of reasons that I don't take requests as for one, requests may have certain ships that I'm not familiar with or I'm not a fan of I can't or won't take, another reason is certain fandoms I'm not familiar with or don't like and another reason is I feel story requests often restrict my creative and writing ability. This is just my stance on story requests, please understand where I'm coming from and that I'm not trying to be mean to any of you. Story arcs for my Witcher/Game of Thrones crossover: Cleans As Dandelions: On one of his first solo contracts after passing the Trial of the Grasses, Draco takes on a job where the ghost of a headless knight is chopping off heads at random in a village. But as soon as the young Witcher arrives, he finds that nothing is what it seems and everyone in the village harbours secrets and that perhaps the headless knight isn't killing at random Something Wicked This Way Comes: Travelling through Temeria during a torrential storm, Draco takes shelter in a local tavern where he befriends a young woman and her little dog. But then, a sudden tornado passes through and Draco wakes up in a strange land beyond the rainbow with the young woman beside him. Taking an impromptou contract to get the girl home back to Kaedwen, Draco comes across curious and strange chacters, all of whom want something from a mysterious wizard in a city made of emerald. The Last Wish: Taking a brief rest in Vizima, Draco is greeted by an Ofieri amabassador who seeks the help of a Witcher for a certain matter involving a Djinn. Despite his better judgement, Draco takes the contract and journeys to far-off Ofir where he is embroiled in the cut-throat politics of the Sultan's court and matters involving the sultan's restless daughter. In a Galaxy Far Away: While hunting nekkers, Draco is sucked into a portal where he finds himself in a world that is definitely otherwordly and under the grip of a tyrranical Empire. Hoping to lay low and find a way home, Draco takes some odd jobs but soon catches the attention of the locals, including a faction of rebels who are fighting against the empire. Injustice For All: Taking a rest in Novigrad, Draco suddenly finds himself transported to another world that is rebuilding after being freed from the grip of a regime. This world is filled with caped wonders and masked crusaders, but Draco feels that this is not his place and seeks a way home, But trouble rears its ugly when an alien being bent on accmulating all knowledge and destroying the worlds comes. Dragged into the fight, Draco comes to the conclusion that this world does not need a Hero, it needs a professional. Stone by Day, Warrior by Night: While sailing across the Skelligeand running into deep fog, Draco does not arrive at his intended destination, but arrives in a city that is guarded by a clan of warriors who are stone statues during the day, but are alive by nightfall. Dead Man Walking: Draco takes on a curious contract involving the ghost of a murdered acrobat and soon comes into contact with the ghost and helps him find and bring his murderer to justice. A Grain of Truth: Passing through Toussaint, the Land of Love and Wine, Draco takes a moment to enjoy the sunshine, the food, wine and pleasant company. But Draco is soon approached by a knight who tells him of a monster that haunts the woods. Curious, Draco takes the contract and discovers that the monster is not truly a monster but a young woman who is cursed to be such. Somebody To Love: For years, Draco has struggled with his feelings for the sorceress Triss Merigold, someone he has known since he was a child and had quietly fallen in love with without her ever knowing and being in love with Draco's father-figure and mentor, Geralt of Rivia. Quietly despairing over the fact that Triss may never see him as anything more than a little brother or nephew, Draco resigns himself to life on the Path. But in a strange turn of events, Draco feels overwhelming urges to seduce and sleep with many young and beautiful women he happens across, including some female acquaintances of his. Confused over why he is suddenly hornier than a goat, Draco tries to find a solution to his problem and is soon greeted by an old friend who informs the Witcher that in order to break whatever is taking hold of him, he must find and confess his love to the person he loves. Unfortunately, that person is Triss Merigold. Is Draco's pride really worth not telling the beautiful sorceress his love for her? Will she even accept his love? The Stage of History: Taking a contract to confront a sorceress who is experimenting with portals, out of concern she may summon something Evil, Draco finds himself in a world where he meets many brave warriors, all fighting over a pair of swords, both of the Soul. Meeting many challenges and adversaries along the way, Draco tries to find a way home. Things I like: the Victoria's Secret Angels (I'm a man who likes beautiful women, what can I say?), chillin' out on the couch, cooking pizza (obvious since I work in hospitality and pizza is one of my favourite foods to create/eat), reading and writing fanfics (on this site I would have to enjoy these things, or at least one of them), playing x-box, watching movies and TV (actually I don't watch TV too much these days, since most of what's on the telly is just shitty reality television, what happened to the good ol' days of sitcoms and dramas?), reading books and novels (What? I don't just read fanfics, I do enjoy reading books made by writers such as J.K Rowling, George R.R Martin, Garth Nix etc.). Favourite ships/pairings: Harry/Fleur (most are just smut, but there are some well written gems like Quatermass's In Spite of Obstinate Men and In Spite of Appearances stories plus some others like Endless7's famous Letters fic), Harry/Daphne (I haven't read too many stories of this pairing, but some of the ones I've read are pretty good and written well), Batman/Wonder Woman (It's the ship that got me into fanfiction in the first place), Batman/Zatanna Zatara (not many fics of this pairing but some are pretty good and done well), Superman/Lois Lane (Didn't care much for the SMWW shit that DC tried to force down our throats with the New 52 even if they had their reasons as to why they made the pairing, what little reasons there were anyway), Naruto/Hinata (Didn't care much for how Naruto ardently pursued Sakura for such a long time and I was happy that Hinata found the confidence/courage to make the first move), Saeko Busujima/OC (not too many stories of this pairing that are done well, but the ones that are are pretty good to read), Dragonborn/Aela the Huntress (A sexy redheaded lycanthropic warrior woman? I'm down with that), Dragonborn/Serana (Laura Bailey made the role of Serana for me, hot damn that voice...), Dragonborn/Daenerys Targaryen (A bit of a cliche pairing in Elder Scrolls/GoT crossovers, but hey, it works), Jon Snow/Daenerys Targaryen (I would've at first said "Eeeewwwwww! Incest!" but there's a couple of fics of the pairing on this site that are written well and don't focus on the smut side of things), Jaime Lannister/Brienne of Tarth (travelling with Brienne was what I think set Jaime on the long road to redemption), Tormund Giantsbane/Brienne of Tarth (just the way Tormund looks at Brienne is good for a laugh and endless internet memes), Edward Elric/Winry Rockbell (I ship them so hard!), Roy Mustang/Riza Hawkeye (Hawkeye is the only woman in the world who can handle the Flame Alchemist's shit and even pulled him back from the brink of doing something that would've damned his soul to hell), Jaune Arc/Pyrrha Nikos (It was so sad that Jaune never got to tell Pyrrha that he loved her before she was killed by that delightfully despicable bitch, Cinder Fall), Qrow Branwen/Winter Schnee (Oh, the sexual tension and heat between them... get a room already, you two!), Sole Survivor/Curie (Curie is easily my favourite female character/companion in Fallout 4, a sexy French accent, as well as adorably clueless/naive about the Wasteland plus she's not bad to look at *wink*), Elsa(Frozen)/Dragonborn (Not too many stories of this pairing, or ones that I actually wanted to read, but I like it). Some things I don't like: Yaoi (Unless the characters used for Yaoi stories are confirmed to be gay in the canon/source material, I won't read 'em!), bad grammar and spelling (I get that not everyone reads or writes English very well, but it does make it hard to read and enjoy a story if the grammar is all over the place. same goes with spelling), mean/abusive or otherwise toxic reviews (everyone is entitled to their own opinion and not everyone is gonna like what I write, but that's no reason to be mean, abusive or hateful. If you don't like my work, then you can try writing what you like yourself, nothing stopping you from doing that. If you have criticisms to make, then do so constructively without being mean, abusive, rude, toxic or harsh, it's not hard to be nice to people, y'know?), unnecessary bashing of characters (I will admit that bashing is one of my guilty pleasures, but over the years of reading fanfics on this site I just got bored with bashing fics as they just started to seem unrealistic. There are some bashing fics I still read because they're done well and aren't over the top or done believably, but if you're just bashing a character/s simply because you don't like them for no reason, then don't expect me to leave a review unless I feel you can make it better or more believable), racism (Ain't it obvious?), bigotry (second verse same as the first), trolls (do I even need to explain this one? Don't feed the trolls! All they're looking for is attention! Don't give it to them!), reality television (it's just garbage, why watch reality when you're already living it?) Inspirational quotes from fiction and real life: "Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get." - Forrest Gump (Tom Hanks) "Someone will always be prettier. Someone will always be smarter. Someone will always be younger, but they'll never be you." - Freddie Mercury "A wizard is never late, Frodo Baggins. Nor is he early. He arrives precisely when he means to." - Gandalf the Grey (Ian McKellan) "Imagination is more important than knowledge." - Albert Einstein "Nothing is impossible. The word itself says 'I'm possible!'" - Audrey Hepburn "Don't write what you think people want to read. Find your voice and write about what's in your heart." - Quentin Tarantino "Some people may call me a nerd. I claim the label with pride." - Bill Gates "When fortune smiles on something as ugly and violent as revenge, it seems proof like no other that not only does God exist, you're doing his will." - The Bride (Uma Thurman) "Warriors are not the ones who always win, but the ones that always fight." - Samurai proverb "War... War never changes. Men do, through the roads they walk." - Fallout series "Don't mistake my kindness for weakness. I am kind to everyone, but when someone is unkind to me, weak is not what you're going to remember about me." - Al Capone "The hard part isn't beginning again. It's letting go." - Fallout series "Even the smallest person can change the course of the future." - Galadriel (Cate Blanchett) "No matter how the wind howls. The mountain cannot bow to it." - The Emperor of China (Disney's Mulan) "Any officer who goes into action without his sword is improperly dressed." - John Malcolm Thorpe Fleming Churchill/Mad Jack (World War 2 hero) Story ideas: The Hedge Knight: A Goblin Slayer/Game of Thrones crossover where Aegon VI/Young Griff ends up in the Goblin Slayer universe and becomes the Hedge Knight and partners up with Goblin Slayer and his party. Daenerys Targaryen from Game of Thrones/A Song of Ice & Fire: a scared young woman who took control of her life and became the Mother of Dragons and I was really pissed off that D&D and by extension George turned her into the Mad Queen in the final season. Shame on you, D&D and George! Tyrion Lannister from Game of Thrones/A Song of Ice & Fire: You can't Pimp without the Imp! Brienne of Tarth from Game of Thrones/A Song of Ice & Fire: One of the only decent people in Westeros who could truly be called chivalrous in spite of everyone telling her she can't do it. Jaime Lannister from Game of Thrones/A Song of Ice & Fire: At first, I really hated Jaime for what he had done in the first season and his general attitude, but when I learnt his story and his reasons for what he was, I sorta felt sad for him and I wanted to see him redeem himself, which he almost did, but thanks to D&D, he went crawling back to Cersei... :-( Sandor Clegane the Hound from Game of Thrones/A Song of Ice & Fire: hated him at first, but like Jaime, the more I learnt about Sandor's story the more I felt sorry for him and wanted to see him redeem himself. Don't know how I felt about his ending in the final season, on one hand I'm happy he finally killed the man who ruined his life, buton the other I'm sad he ended up dead as well. Aegon VI/Young Griff from Game of Thrones/A Song of Ice & Fire: an interesting character that we don't see a lot of in the books and was cut from the show for some reason. I like this character as he's a blank slate for me to work with and there's plenty of theories regarding this character for me to work with. Margaery Tyrell from Game of Thrones/A Song of Ice & Fire: an interesting character who knew how to play the Game and play it well, but I was sad that she ended up dead in the show when she's (currently) alive in the books. Also because I met Natalie Dormer who portrays Margaery in the show, she was really nice and down to earth :-D, you jelly?. Harry Potter from Harry Potter: A good character who sometimes let's his own hotheadedness and even slight paranoia I think get the better of him, but he does save the day in the end. Fleur Delacour from Harry Potter: at first she comes across as a stuck-up bitch who acts like she's too good for everyone else and criticizes almost everything at Hogwarts, but the more you get to know her, you see that she's actually very loving and kind, and she's fiercely loyal to those she loves and cares about, and doesn't care much for outward appearance such as what happened to Bill Weasley when he was mauled and contaminated by Fenrir Greyback. Daphne Greengrass from Harry Potter: a character we've seen very little of in the books, so she's a blank slate for me to work with which is a good thing in my books John Marston from Red Dead Redemption: A pretty cool character who was forced to hunt down his former brothers-in-arms from his outlaw days and in the end earned his redemption by sacrificing himself so that his wife and son could escape. Arthur Morgan from Red Dead Redemption II: at first I wanted to play as John Marston, but I quickly fell in love with Arthur and his story and I was literally crying a river at his demise and how he earned his redemption. Aragorn from Lord of the Rings: the king in exile and wandering ranger of the North, quiet, commanding, capable and can kick some serious! What's not to like? Gimli from Lord of the Rings: John Rhys Davis just made the role of Gimli for me as he had so many hilarious 'Gimli' moments and quotes like "Nobody tosses a dwarf!" or "Don't tell the elf!" Legolas from Lord of the Rings: A pretty good shot with his bow and his bromance with Gimli was the best! Geralt of Rivia from CD Projekt Red's The Witcher game series: A mutated monster slayer for hire, his journey throughout the Witcher games really sold me on his character and he will forever hold a place in my heart. |
