sorry for not updating for so long. i know it's very cruel of me to do that to my faithful readers, but with the evils of school, and homework i can't update as quickly as i would like. but i will do my best to update soon as possible. but thank you all so much for waiting and reviewing.

i hate the heat. i'm sorry to all of those who like hot, over 100 degree, summers but i would prefer to live in the cool mountains. T.T too bad i can't do anything about that at the moment.

i'm not a big fan of yaoi but thanks to my friends who love it i'm starting to come around with some but nothing huge, just fluff. but i'm defiantly not going for yuri.

i'm sorry to all girly girls but i hate skirts, makeup, and i don't really like pink anymore.

i hate snobby, witchy people who think that they are all that when they really aren't. that just gets so annoying. and flamers who make no sense. that's even worse. i'm fine with flamers who actually say stuff that help me or just let me see their opinion but when it goes over the top to stupid then that's when i go "huh?"

Hobbies: writing, reading, drawing, band (i play the flute & piano), and swimming... anything really, especially when i'm with my friends.

Alexa Cooper (main character):

Species: part raccoon and fox

Likes: her two best friends; her family; winning against of thickheaded guys and showing them who's boss; getting A's; singing; drawing

Hates: guys who follow her around like hungry kittens, perverts, anything girly, disappointing her parents

Description/personality: has her father’s raccoon fur of gray and black but has her mother’s her fox like ears, and fur pattern, except for the ring tail and is normal size; she is young and full of energy, ready to kick any body's butt. She has never had a boyfriend thanks to the fact that her good looks bring the guys who are either snobs or fan boys (just as her mother has). She does not enjoy that at all. She good to her friends and always does her best to make sure they don't get blamed for her mess-ups or get hurt. she's very kind natured but unless you want to see her going on like her mother don't insult her friends or family, she may just grab a shock pistol. She is a bit of a jock but still can be a girl (only when she has to be).

Description/personality: has short brown fur, large ears that stand up, and is very tall and built; he is a hard worker and tries his best to get things done. He has a kind personality and doesn't usually lose his cool and he's usually the one who holds Alexa back when she's about ready to snap. He’s a total jock by how many sports he does in his spare time. But he isn't a stupid jock, he has average grades. And then he is quiet and a gentlemen, and he does best to be one but sometimes he makes exceptions.

Likes: dancing, singing, being with her friends, Ken (only Alexa knows)

Description/personality: she has short fur, with a white face and front but her back is tinged with gray and red, and is about the same size as Alexa; she is a great cheerleader but she is brilliant, she always gets all A's and during those long exams she can finish quickly so she can get up and move. She is more of a girly girl than Alexa by how she wears skirts, make-up, etc. you could even say she's Alexa's opposite. She helps out her friends whenever she can in school, especially Ken with how he has so many sports and needs the grades. She does her best to make sure everything is good to go whenever she and her friends are up to something.

A teenage girl about 17 named Diane had gone to visit some friends one evening and time passed quickly as each shared their various experiences of the past year. She ended up staying longer than planned, and had to walk home alone. She wasn't afraid because it was a small town and she lived only a few blocks away.

As she walked along under the tall elm trees, Diane asked God to keep her safe from harm and danger. When she reached the alley, which was a short cut to her house, she decided to take it. However, halfway down the alley she noticed a man standing at the end as though he were waiting for her. She became uneasy and began to pray, asking for God's protection.

Instantly a comforting feeling of quietness and security wrapped round her, she felt as though someone was walking with her. When she reached the end of the alley, she walked right past the man and arrived home safely.

The following day, she read in the newspaper that a young girl had been raped in the same alley just twenty minutes after she had been there. Feeling overwhelmed by this tragedy and the fact that it could have been her, she began to weep. Thanking the Lord for her safety and to help this young woman, she decided to go to the police station.

She felt she could recognize the man, so she told them her story. The police asked her if she would be willing to look at a lineup to see if she could identify him. She agreed and immediately pointed out the man she had seen in the alley the night before. When the man was told he had been identified, he immediately broke down and confessed. The officer thanked Diane for her bravery and asked if there was anything they could do for her. She asked if they would ask the man one question.

Diane was curious as to why he had not attacked her. When the policeman asked him, he answered, "Because she wasn't alone. She had two tall men walking on either side of her." Amazingly, whether you believe or not, you're never alone. Did you know that 98 of teenagers will not stand up for God, and 93 of the people that read this won’t repost it?
