The light in the lighthouse always shinned bright in Springfield, Illinois for over 68 years until the year of 2009 when it faded away in what seemed for good this time...until now. The people of Springfield are back as the drama is always on and it might get even hotter with the old and new blood of the Spaulding, Cooper, Bauer, Santos, Lewis, Marler, Spencer families.

Every year the biggest event of the year was the Bauer BBQ in Springfield on the soap opera "Guiding Light". This is what happened during that event during 2014. It's very focused on Manny, but this was my first attempt at visiting the Bauer BBQ. There will be more.

Scandalous accusations lead to new loves found, blackmail schemes, and old enemies resurfacing. Life in Springfield will never be the same. Blake/Ross, Bauers, Thorpes, Marlers, and Spauldings, oh my!
