Everything had began with two words.

After the final battle ended with Stanton's death, the Alphas leaded by Dr. Rosen lost Nina and Rachel, who held her in her arms, revealed to her and her friends a sweet secret. But after that and a final declaration, Nina closed her eyes forever.

What if, instead of bringing Gary as her pretend-boyfriend to her sister's engagement party, Rachel brought Nina as her pretend-girlfriend? Wine, Scotch and a late night, long over-due conversation helps Nina and Rachel come to terms with what happened and the status of their relationship.
