He had no idea how he got where he was, but he knew that it wasn't his home. It wasn't where he was supposed to be. His head hurt way too much to do any serious thinking. He couldn't remember a damn thing about anything and even if he tried to, it hurt too much. Yes, he knew his name, who he was, and all of his previous memories, but for some reason he just couldn't remember whatever had happened to wind him up where he was, wherever that might be.
He groaned and closed his eyes to block out the light that was burning his eyes at the moment, trying to go back to sleep. His head hurt too much to wake up and he didn't want to see where he was. However, after quite a few moments of the bright light burning through his closed eyelids, he gave up his fight and opened his eyes. It took a while for his eyes to adjust to the change in light, but when they did, he was shocked.

He didn't understand what had happened to him to have ended him up where he was. All he knew was that when he tried to move his legs, all he felt was extreme pain surging through his entire lower half. He didn't understand why he couldn't move his legs, nor could he remember anything that could have possibly done anything to them.
He looked around the room and blinked as the fuzzy images that swirled around finally made themselves into solid, familiar shapes. Window. Flowers. Bed. Legs…Broken? He blinked and stared at where his legs should be, free and uncovered. Instead, there were two white casts over them both, keeping him from any movement. He came to the realization that they must be broken. It took a moment before he felt a dull ongoing pain down where his legs were and he realized that yes, his legs were for sure broken.
He sighed and looked around the room again before he finally made sense of where he was. He was in a hospital. Some hospital that he didn't know how he ended up in. He slowly looked down at his wrist, which bore a plastic wristband that read something. He squinted his eyes and tried to make out the funny shapes, to make them spell out whatever they were trying to spell, causing his head to ache from the exertion.

Tom Kaulitz. That's what the wrist band on his wrist had read. It took him a good fifteen minutes of squinting and widening his eyes to focus and try and read the funny shapes he was now beginning to recognize again. Tom…Tom…Tom…Yes, that sounded like his name. The more he thought of it, the more it sounded familiar. It took him another hour of picking through his memories to remember his mother yelling at him, using that name in anger. It took him that long to finally remember that yes, his name was Tom Kaulitz and it was his broken body that was lying on the bed before him.
But his name on the hospital bracelet on his wrist didn't solve how he had wound up there in the first place now did it? Tom huffed in frustration as he narrowed his eyes once more to read smaller print that was underneath his bolded name. He focused and unfocused his eyes a few more times before he read what it said.
"Saint Listing Hospital." He spoke as loud as the softest whisper, his voice hoarse for some reason. He assumed that whatever had happened the night before had caused him to do a great deal of screaming. After all, one would most likely be screaming their head off in pain if both of their legs were broken at once.
Tom continued to look around the room before he noticed that he was connected to something. There was a tube sticking out from one of his veins on the underside of his elbow. His eyes slowly trailed from the tube up to a bag of liquid, watching the bag of liquid drip fluid into the long tube, which ran itself down and into his veins. It was a rather disgusting sight to be perfectly honest.
Tom looked up, noticing a button above him. He had watched enough episodes of Scrubs to know exactly what that little button was for. Without hesitation, he curled his hand into a fist, except for his long pointer finger that extended as he lifted his hand and poked the button, hearing a little "ding" come from the thing. It was maybe two minutes tops before a rather old nurse popped her head into his room to see what the matter was. Tom groaned at the sight of her. He was in pain and in an unfamiliar hospital room with no memory of what had happened. Was it too much to ask for a hot nurse to dull the pain?
"What's the matter, dearie?" The sweet old nurse asked him, slipping further into the room, closing the door behind her.
"Uhm…Well…I was just wondering uh…What happened exactly?" Tom scratched his dreadlock covered head in confusion as the nurse came in and sat down in the chair next to his hospital bed.
"Well, dearie…You were in an accident. You hit a truck head on and were ejected from your seat, through the windshield and into a ditch. It's a miracle that you're alive."
"What?! Please God…Please tell me she isn't hurt…" Tom looked at the nurse with wide eyes, which were starting to tear up. If she was hurt in the accident, he didn't know if he could handle it.
"She? Well there were no passengers recovered from the scene…"
"No no! Not passengers. The car! That sweet, beautiful, black Escalade with those beautiful curves. With just the right amount of junk in the trunk. Please tell me she's okay." His hoarse voice had risen considerably as he begged with the nurse.
"I'm sorry…Your car pretty much resembles a pancake right now, dearie."
Tom gasped before he groaned and buried his face into his hands. His beautiful black Escalade. His number one girl. She was gone. Dead. Never coming back. He didn't know if he could handle the pain he was feeling in his heart. He already missed her. He missed how she purred just for him, how she felt when he was driving in her, singing along to the blaring German Hip-Hop.
"Well…Thanks anyways Nurse…" He looked up from his hands, his eyes narrowing as he tried to read her name tag. "Nurse…Nurse Booby." He blinked.
"It's uh…It's Bobby."
"Oh! Oh right. I'm so sorry. I can't really read well yet." He laughed nervously before he watched Nurse Bobby stand up and make her way to the door.
"No problem, dearie. If there's anything you need, don't hesitate to hit the call button."
"Thanks Nurse Booby! Ah! Bobby! I meant Bobby!" He called after the nurse, groaning at his embarrassing display of stupidity. But who could really blame him? He was far too drugged up on painkillers to not make a few mistakes.
"Real display of intelligence right there." Came a voice from the other side of the room.
Tom turned his head quickly. A little too quickly, causing his head to start throbbing like crazy. Tom groaned loudly and clutched his head, his hand automatically flying up to caress his aching cranium. The sudden movement had caused the room to start spinning for a moment, although he could pinpoint a shape that had slowly started to make its way closer to him.
There was something different about the shape's voice. Tom couldn't quite pinpoint exactly what it was that was different, but he had though it had something to do with the pitch. Something about it was sort of…off. Just not normal. The shape got closer before it perched itself on his bed. Tom could feel the indent on his mattress. It took him a little while to realize that there was a girl on his bed, and a tall one at that. Although his vision was fuzzy, her feminine features stood out clear as day.
"Nngh. Who the hell are you? Why are you in my room?" Tom groaned out.
"I'm your room mate! My bed's over there." She pointed behind her towards a bed which was neatly made and showed no evidence what so ever of anyone staying in it.
Tom blinked slightly in confusion. He was sure that no one was staying in that bed next to him. When he had observed the room before, there was no one except for himself and suddenly she had just popped out of nowhere. Tom shrugged it off and focused on her words before he blinked. She sounded almost…masculine. He focused his eyes before he really saw her features.
"Wait a minute…you're a guy!" He yelled out in shock.
"Way to go genius." She…Er…He responded.
Hello and welcome to channel nine evening news. At the top of the hour we bring you a breaking new update in the case of nineteen-year-old Bill Trümper, a patient of Saint Listing Hospital, who reportedly escaped and ran away four months ago. Police have finally decided to investigate the possibility of foul play, stating that there is about as much evidence that he ran away of his own free will as there is that he was abducted. Police have finally released a description of Trümper, describing him to be about six feet and two inches tall with brown eyes and dyed black long hair. The police have finally released the photograph given to them by Trümper's mother. As you can see in the photograph to the right, Trümper wears make-up and can be often mistaken for a female. If you have any information about his whereabouts, please contact the police immediately. Trümper is a resident of Magdeburg. Stay tuned to channel nine for breaking coverage of this story.
Tom blinked and narrowed his eyes as he observed the female looking male, looking up and down. He was no doubt very attractive, even from a straight guy like Tom's opinion. He huffed and raised his eyebrow at him before he spoke again, his voice growing stronger with each time he spoke.
"Okay, but that doesn't answer my first question. Who are you exactly?"
"Oh! My name's Bill!" The androgyne responded rather cheerily as he leaned forwards toward Tom, their noses almost touching. "What's your name?"
Tom blinked and backed away slowly from Bill slowly. For some reason, he let off this cold and eerie feeling. Despite his cheerful stature, there was just something weird about the guy. It was almost as if Tom could…see through him. He wasn't sure if he was seeing things but he figured the pain pills were causing him to go into a state of delusion.
"Uhm…That's really none of you business…Uh Bill was it?"
"Yeah it's Bill! Come on! Tell me your name!" Bill laughed, clearly thinking that Tom was playing some sort of game with him.
"I said no, alright?"
Bill huffed and turned away, crossing his arms over his chest as he waited for when Tom was looking away. When he was certain that Tom wasn't looking, he quickly reached forward and snatched Tom's hand. Tom immediately gasped at the feeling. It was as if he had been struck by a freezing cold lightning bolt mixed with as if someone was tugging at his insides. What was even weirder was that Bill's hand had gone through Tom's wrist instead of grabbing a hold of it.
"Tom Kaulitz." Bill read out loud, not noticing that his hand had gone through Tom's wrist and Tom was frozen with wide eyes, staring at Bill.
"You…You're a ghost…"
