Well done. This got me all teary-eyed. It reminded me of something I saw ECO say about how the most interesting fictional relationships involve two characters who are clearly meant to be together, but who the writers keep apart by imposing one barrier after another. This was so sad. I was particularly affected near the beginning by Kensi's thinking about his wonderful smile, and at the end at her grief over what might never be. I hope you'll consider continuing this- I'd really like to see where you take them. Surely there's more time before school starts up again?

I personally despise all things Densi but I would really like to see more of this Sam/Kenis friendship, guilt-tripping conversation you've got started here...its always nice to see teammates that don't normally talk a lot/have moments get a scene together

I was a little bit disapointed of the Deeks not awaking fact at first, but finally all the conversation and speculation about the futur thing say a lot more. It's really great, I mean it's a lot possible and open a lot of changement in the real story which are not using at all in the other fiction when it's the most probable.
Hope you'll keep writing those kind of story
