I'm confused why Lucas has to prove anything to Peyton
He chose his daughter over Lindsay he chose them over his marriage and yet she can't trust him even though she clearly has been in love with in and lying about her feelings. Also Lindsay was terrible with that trick she tried to pull... you think she would be smarter. It sucks that Lucas' feelings about Dan are over looked and yet his friends can't be any nicer to his wife. They root more for forgiving a killer then a girl who wasn't one. Before the stunt she pulled she hasn't done anything wrong. Peyton was so unlikable defending Dan and then promised to Lucas he won't have to be near Dan then retracts that.

Peyton is not that weak or victim that she can't handle Lindsay
Ugh Lucas wouldn't be acting this way
FYI I am no Lindsay fan but they are married and she should be there unlike rebound Julian and she has every right to be uncomfortable with Peyton. Peyton is acting so immature. Lucas clearly wants out of his marriage. Non Lucas would be way too upset with Peyton's lies about their daughter. This isn't Lucas and while Peyton had her weak moments she is not able to put her daughter first which is unlike her. Non Peyton and Non Lucas are perfect match. I miss the real characters though.

I have so many problems with this story.

Why does Peyton get so anti Lindsay from the first chapter of this story when she was engaged to a guy and clearly moving on even if in rebound terms?
2nd Peyton would never forgive Dan and then throw blame at Lucas when she willingly hid their daughter
3rd Lucas would neve forgive Peyton for turning him to become an absentee father
4th Nathan's attitude with Lucas his bro since suddenly he is pro P when he would never get this involved and hating Lindsay. Not everything needs to be about supporting Peyton she is written so holier than thou and biased when Lindsay has the right to these valid feelings.

10 years since you've updated and I'm still sad this isn't a completed story.

Well lovely story. I actually thought that Leyton would have been together by now but I guess Peyton wants to take it as slow possible. I must say thou you wrote Peyton's trust, fear and insecurities beautifully. I love the romantic Leyton date- Nice work Luke. I'm sure that date is unforgettable in Peyton's book. Glad they are making progress but I hope Peyton will be able to trust Lucas again soon so that they can be together and enjoy their beautiful family. I hope all goes will for the lovely couple. Sooo I would love to know what happens next- so can you plz finish this story. Looking forward to an update soon...

Okay. Love the Breyton girl talk. Omg Brooke is so cheery- she's so happy that Leyton is going on a date. I love the Laley conversation and I love how Haley warned Lucas to not to mess up his chance with Peyton this time around. lol I like how Hales try to get details of where he's taking Peyton but she got shot down. I hope the Leyton dated goes well and tell I hope they end up bow chicka wow wow lol. I mean from the snippet that you showed - it looks like things are heading in the right direction. I freaking love how Peyton can still leave Lucas speechless after so many years. Can't wait to see what happens on their date. Off to the next chapter...

Okay so Peyton finally gave in and now - they are going on a date. Well goddamn it's about time. I want them to get together already and get married and maybe having another mini Leyton eeekkk:). I'm so looking forward to that. Idk but Lucas must have some super natural powers or something why it's so hard for P. Sawyer to resist Lucas lol. Well, I loved this chapter. Allison is just too cute and so adorable. I love that Larry is shipping Leyton. I can't believe he proclaimed his love on national television omg- that was so not what I thought he would have done. But hey, that's Lucas Scott for you. Now, Lindsey calling Peyton and telling her to give Lucas a chance was uhm. I never would have guess she would do that. But that was noble of her I guess but at the same time extremely hard. Omg- when he said he loved Allison I was like awwww:), that was such a sweet moment. Well I'm happy that Peyton decided to give Luke one last chance. I would hope he would do good by her this time around even I feel like this is it for him now. No more with his foolishness and idiotic notions. Ally is such a omg daddy's girl and Peyton is so jealous lol. Good chapter...

Wow. This was awesome. First I wanna say Hales that plan was brillz. Now, are you sure Jamie is only 8 years old because boi that was done heart to heart convo. Anyways, I love that Jamie/ Lucas conversation it was very genuine and heartfelt. I love how it affected Peyton in that it lets her know that Lucas is sincere in what he's telling her and that she thinks he really learnt from his mistakes. I like how Larry in so keen on how his daughter is when it comes to matters of her heart. I love that father / daughter talk it was nice. Omg - Allison is my girl I love her she's awesome. I just love how she's so happy to spend time with her dad. I love that Lucas is missing her as much as she's missing him. I do think that Peyton is slowly coming around to warming up to Luke's attempts to get her back. I'm so looking forward to the what's coming up next. Super great update...

So yea - I love how Allison is working her magic to get her mum and Dad together. I loved the picnic scene, Allison was amazing in that scene. I love how she's asking all these questions. I know Peyton is still being stubborn as hell, but I believe Luke is gonna crack her eventually. I love Peyton's lil feisty comeback always have and always will. It was funny how Peyton immediately cut off Lucas before he answered Allison's question. I honestly think that she knew that Lucas was gonna say her name. Luke don't worry I think you are making some progress in operation get Peyton back.., looking forward to see what else Luke got in store for winning P. Okay, first I really really enjoyed the the Laley's conversation. I love their friendship and I think it's was the best on OTH. Now I love that Haley told Lucas that he's gonna be rejected by Peyton a few times before he can break through those walls around her heart. Now, I think this is a nice start for Luke. He most definitely have a way with words. Even though I think that was a bit stalkish and creepy of Luke to be lurking in the bushes watching Peyton but it was awww:). I love that he made her smile thou that means he's off to a good start to getting close to her again. Nice update... off to the next chapter. Yay! My favorite girl is coming back... can't wait.

Okay. Idk why Luke always wants to kiss Peyton - I mean dude you just divorced your wife like a minute ago wth. lol I kinda laugh when Peyton smack him that was funny. I like how Peyton say to him that he fought for every other girl in his life but her. She's so rite he always never fought for her yet she's the love of his life smh. Lucas you are something else. Okay, so I must say I really enjoyed Lucas and Dan conversation it was very insightful. I loved Laley's conversation too it was needed. I'm glad to see Haley actually on Peyton's side - seeing that S5 she was a crappy friend to her. I'm happy Lindsey is gone - good riddance lol. I'm elated that Lucas is gonna fight to win back Peyton's heart, I mean the show kinda took that away from me.
Now as for songs: " maybe tomorrow"- by Stereophonics this is a good one for Leyton. Also "I swear"- by All-4-one another great song for Lucas and Peyton. And I would also say "everything I do"- by Bryan Adams this song is all Leyton.
Okay so ways to get back Peyton- I think using Allison is the best strategy. I mean who can resist the cute lil smile and that puppy dog eyes of hers. The beach scene would be a nice touch. Oh and if all fails then Lucas can always write her something sweet and sentimental. Idk I'm sure whatever you pick will be good for the story. Great update..
