The thing I hated the most about the twilight series was Edward’s misguided actions in leaving Bella. I’m always disappointed when I read it in a story, it is always like a sword to the heart. I always keep in mind that they will get back together but this story has seemed to take things even farther. Not only did he sleep with her, which was awful, he went and got himself a girlfriend. He’s such a shmuck. He doesn’t deserve Bella. It’s like a second sword to the heart. I have my fingers crossed that he hasn’t slept with her.

I hate Bella’s insecurity. At least in the book she pushed forward through the insecurities, here she is just giving up.

I have to say, as a Jamaican, that song was the first thing that popped into my head when I read the title. I've heard it a million times, but oddly never thought to apply it to Bella. It fits. Can't wait to see where this goes.

I am crying my heart out right now. I know they will surely get back together (it is THEIR story, after all), but they are both unhappy about parting & it makes me cry.
I do wish that Edward wasn't always trying to make unilateral decisions, though.

This story is so good and so well done, I'm a shitty reviewer, since stopping to review means stopping from reading and that is rarely an option. But it's really necessary to express how much I love these characters!
Edward is like Anakin Skywalker, afraid of the future hurting his woman, turning to the darkside to prevent it from happening, but fulfilling his own prophecy through his fears...ugh...I wanna throttle them all!
