Having Melody's dialogue as just plain text gets confusing rather quickly. Use italics or something if you're not going to use quotation marks. Bold type or single quotes or even using a tilde would work.

When are you going to ever update this story? It has been a little over 15 months since you last updated this story so what gives?

i absolutely adore this story. It has charm, and mischief, daring, and mystery. I would love to see it continued, but also i feel that where it is now, though disappointing to my inner book monster, is also a good place to call an end. I hope to see more in the future!
