I just read this for the first time, after your first story. I know it's been an entire year since it was updated, but I absolutely love the plot and am really curious to know how it will end up.

Since Diesel says that her mother will still die in December, Steph must already be pregnant. It was interesting that Steph noticed that Jen looked just like Ranger when she was sleeping, and Ranger thought it was his sister, Celia, when he saw her in the bond office.

Will Jen stick around after Steph leaves for California? I loved that she used Wonder Woman's first name and Batman's last name for her alias. Did any of the guys (in the future) know that she died and how? And that she was pregnant? I think if so, they would have searched for the child.

And what would Ranger say if she told him the truth, and that Diesel brought her to the past to meet her mother before she died. Would they have DNA for Steph from a hairbrush, and get Ranger's DNA? Or will Ranger get called in on a mission at the last minute on his contract and end up getting killed, and maybe that's why Steph left, knowing she was pregnant and knowing Ranger didn't want kids, or maybe not knowing Ranger died, if he does? I really, really want to find out what happens.
