Fiora and Dunban had an argument, leading to Fiora storming off and dragging Shulk with her to Outlook Park, where they spend the entire night, talking about all kinds of things.

Eghil had found the monado, he could prevent this nightmare from happening ever again ... however things go wrong and he is left with a barely alive child ... but maybe it isn't a defeat. (Basically Shulk is found by Eghil in Valak Moutain and lives his childhood on Mechonis)

Egil survives the events of the Mechonis Core and, after the death of Zanza, is left to pick up the pieces. [Crossposted from Ao3]

AU where Egil leaves the Mechonis with the party and controls Yaldabaoth by remote to stop Zanza. There was actually a real possibility that this could have been canon, because there's data for a playable Egil in XC1's files. Enjoy! Rated T for violence similar to that in the game.

Just a short dabble I made for the incoming release of Xenoblade Chronicles definitive edition.

The auxiliary soul it harbours must find a new host immediately in order to survive - even if it means sitting upon a heart tied to the greatest enemy of her existence. Trapped on the Bionis after a mission goes wrong, an obsolete Core Unit must learn to accept both his past and his host's friends as they work to get back to the Mechonis to save his life. As they travel, they grow in ways they never imagined...and discover truths that unwrite everything the more they get to know the High Entia soul sharing their friend's body.

Melia falls over and makes her staff go absolutely crazy, and breaks it. Melia gets heartbroken after, and watches how Dunban suffers to beat up a cursed Mechonis Species. Reyn and Sharla soon find themselves in a trapped area, and all of the party members set up a dangerous adventure to save them.

The Group is at Valak Mountain, heading towards Sword Valley, when some mean chilkins steal Sharla's pocket Watch. Naturally, they have to go get it back.

I suddenly enter the game of Xenoblade Chronicles and have to beat it to get out.
