Frisk and Chara have ambiguous genders so that we, the player, can decide for ourselves! Some choose to keep the gender-neutral pronouns and see them as non-binary, which is perfectly fine. However, there is already a community for those people. In addition to this, some of us choose to apply binary genders to the two of them. This is a community specifically for the latter!
