Walt is running his family's Jewelry business and wants it to survive. Carter wants to propose to his long-time girlfriend Zia. Sadie just wants to have a good time and recover from a bad breakup.

Jaz makes her way to safety, trying to return a book she found to the god it belongs to.

Julius never comes to collect Sadie on visiting day. Carter goes with Amos to Brooklyn House and Sadie believes that they are dead. Grandma and Granddad Faust continue to raise her, Life is good until Bast is forced to act. Sadie flips out. Bast then decides to teach Sadie all the Magic she knows. Time passes and then Sadie is to finish her first year in university with minor bumps

Sadie and Zia find out they've got more in common than they've thought.

Carter and Zia's first date, Carter wants this day to be perfect, and even if different than what he had hoped, it is. Trans!Carter, mentions of period, I've been told this is "fluff/comfort"

After nine long years, they break up. Now, it's time for them to figure out who they are without the other.
