My first "Discworld" fan fiction. The Commander of the City Watch has a meeting with the Patrician of Ankh-Morpork. Everything belongs to the late great Sir Terry Pratchett.

There's a new thief in town, and Commander Samuel Vimes of the Ankh-Morpork City watch will bring him to justice, one way or another. This is a piece of Discworld fanfiction. "Missing Scene" from 'Unseen Academicals'

Some say the Patrician loves his city; some say he loves only power. Some say the Patrician is loved by his city; some say he is merely tolerated for lack of an alternative. Now something dangerous is brewing in Ankh-Morpork, something that threatens to destroy it utterly. At what price is Lord Vetinari willing to save his city? At what price is anyone else willing to save him?

A young nobleman visits Lady Margolotta of Uberwald on his Grand Sneer. She finds him quite … interesting.

"Always puts me in mind of carpet fluff, that name"-Granny Weatherwax Mightily Oats has reconciled his two halves and gone on to bring Light, Forgiveness, and possibly Om, to the dark places, while Agnes and Perdita remain in Lancre. But the three can still find time to get together for dinner and a bit of a catch up. Currently a one-shot, but intended to be continued later.

Posibly the beginning of a new cycle set in the City Zoo. No sex except for the animals and not much swearing. Though watch where you stand... new cover image goes with Chapter 7; Russian sword-dancer who in look and attitude is my character Irena P. (might change it back to winged elephant later)
