A stray, alternate ending to All the Bright Places. After his final suicide attempt, Finch is resuscitated, but with severe brain damage. He lives only in the barest sense of the word, as Violet struggles to cope with her grief. One-shot.

Theodore Finch is a legend. I've heard so much about him and I've never even met him. After a funeral for some poor toads perhaps we could be friends? He makes me forget, forget about everything, and for a short amount of time I live in Finch's world, before reality kicks me in the stomach, and drags me back down.
