I'm willing to proof for technical stuff (grammar, punctuation, spelling etc.) as well as fandom specific issues, such as characterization, voice, speech pattern, canon/non-canon issues and plot points.I will read any genre, any warning, even if I don't prefer to read it when I just go looking for a story to read.
My list of fandoms I'm familiar with is long, so if we get in contact, negotiating to work together, you'll get the whole list then.
I'm tough on huge mistakes or ones that are continually repeated, especially after I've already corrected it nicely a few times, but I will never use cruel words, be generally mean or ever put anyone down.
That's not what other authors are supposed to do to each other! Encouragement and confidence building are the rule in my friendly beta boot-camp. Tiny mistakes will simply be put right, not even mentioned, unless, as I said, it's a frequent one. Ask questions and please don't be afraid of how it'll sound. I'll answer as soon as i possibly can and there will be no yelling, I swear.
If this sounds like what you're looking for, and you desperately need a little assistance, slide on over to my profile and give me a shout. I'm sure we can work together!
