The only betareading I've done in the past, other than for family and friends, was, and still is, justahungariangirl's /Times Change/ and also /My Lover, Professor Potter/. I'm working harder at becoming a betareader, like all my teachers and elders tell me, "you need to leave a place in better condition than when you arrived" and that's my philosophy about my betareading. I read everything twice over, just to be sure. If I get confused about plot, I'll ask a question about it, but I won't try to change the plot if I don't like it. It's your story, I'm just peer-review. [I really have no idea what to write in this box.]

I like to think I'm good with grammar, but I'm not my English teacher, I'm bound to make mistakes. In certain fanfictions, I've been complimented on being able to stick to character's personalities really well, also, so I could excel in helping an author on that aspect.

I'm not very good at descriptions. The thesaurus is not my favorite of resources and I tend to forget half the words I know when I'm trying to remember them. I can do it, but I'm not very good at it and whenever I write something, I'll come back months later and completely revise how I describe actions and characters. At least that shows I'm improving, right?

I prefer action, adventure, angst, hurt/comfort and maybe plain general, just to name a few. I'm really not picky, but these ones hold my attention more, so I'm more likely to pay attention and not half-ass the reading.

Romance and romance. I don't read it and I find it insanely boring. I'd rather have blood, guts, and gore. I don't care about one little lemon in the middle of my insanely great action or a nice romantic walk in the middle of my angst, but full-blown romance makes me want to kill myself. Or stop reading. You choose. I also don't do yuri, it's not my forte'.
